Nur Suresi 31. Ayet

"Söyle inanan kadınlara: Harama bakmaktan sakınsınlar ve cinsel organlarını saklasınlar? Örtülerini göğüsleri (memeleri) üzerine vursunlar?" (Muhammed bin Hamza)

What Quran says about "women covering themselves": "Tell to the female believers: Avoid looking at illegitimate and hide your sexual organs! Place your cover/scarf on your chest!"

Another translation: "Tell the believing women to lower their eyes, guard their private part?and cover their bosoms with their veils?" (Ahmed Ali, Princetoh University Press)

You know, that is the only logical translation for that part. It basically asks for covering the sexual organs, nothing more...And, the scarf part is not mentioned as a holy order, it is mentioned as a "suggested" way to cover their sexual organ, which is breasts, in other words.
